Product introduction:
The tank-type mixing machine adopts stainless steel tank, which is polished inside and outside for easy cleaning. The agitating screw rotates, the two-way material turns to the middle, the outer spiral propeller is pushed to the two sides, the two-way spiral stirring blade and the two-side screw
The combination of rotating pulp makes the materials continuously run in the tank, and the whole is sealed without leakage during the mixing process.

This machine is an all-stainless steel horizontal trough mixer, used to mix powder or paste materials in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
working principle:
The machine uses mechanical transmission to rotate the S-type stirring paddle to push the material to reciprocate and evenly mix. It is controlled by electric control during operation, and the mixing time can be set. When the time comes, the machine will automatically stop and the motor will reverse
Materials, thereby improving the mixing quality of each batch of materials and achieving high uniformity mixing.
